iPhone Jailbreak for OS 3.0 now available!

Around 3 days after the official iPhone OS 3.0 Release, the iPhone Dev Team have released yet another jailbreak to free our poor iPhones from their jails.

Here are my mirror links, yup, they are hosted by me!

To use redsn0w simply upgrade the device in iTunes to firmware version 3.0 and run redsn0w to activate and jailbreak the device (and if you are using an original iPhone 2G, it will unlock it too!) If you are still having problems, visit here for an idiot-proof guide.

iPhone 3.0 OS: Stop hitting F5

Stop hitting F5 at apple’s page! The update is going to be up pretty soon. According to reports, carrier 3 in Hong Kong sent a network-wide SMS notifying iPhone owners that OS 3.0 will be available on June 18th, 01:00 local time. That’s 1pm on the 17th in New York, 1am in Singapore.

Update for iPhones is free. But for iPod touches, you will have to pay around 10 US dollars. (Who ask you go buy an iPod touch?)
